about

Agallah & Sadat X are in the running for releasing one of the hardest rap joints of 2020 with 'The Gods Have Arrived' an absolute heater packed with unrivaled sh*t-talking from two of NYC’s finest. Lyrics aside, Agallah puts his production prowess on full display with a menacing, hard-bodied bangers made for the streets.
After years of steadily releasing solo material and pushing their craft well past
the point of when most veteran emcees would begin to fade into obscurity, these two
rap titans would continue to their ascent, inevitably joining forces for their debut c
ollaborative release, The Gods Have Arrived.

“The Gods Have Arrived!” Sadat exclaims when speaking on the inspiration for the title.
“Both of us are veterans and this project shows our maturation.”

Agallah shares that sentiment when speaking on the record, adding that they’re
just building from the foundation and letting heads know they’re making music for the streets.
“We wouldn’t make this music if there wasn’t a want for it,” states the emcee/producer.
“So many people are tired of the wack bars and gimmicks in today’s hip-hop culture,
and we had to keep it as raw as possible.”

Whether it’s the hard hitting street banger, “The Boppers,” the Greg Nice assisted debut leak,
“Praise The Lords,” or Sadat’s personal favorite, “Book of Acts” that rawness is evident from
start to finish as both artists put decades of talents on full display throughout the entire LP.

Agallah Las Vegas, Nevada

Not many know veteran underground rapper Agallah, mainly due to his failed stint as a solo artist in the mid-'90s, but he later would summon his untapped talents to become a reputable working producer, making beats for Guru (of Gang Starr), EPMD, Big Pun, Onyx, the Diplomats, and Busta Rhymes, just to name a few. With an unmistakably raspy and grimy voice, Agallah remained a vicious MC on the mic ... more
